- ABOUT ME
Sydney Huppert
If you are suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, phobias, panic disorder or depression, it can oftentimes be an isolating experience. I am here to help you take the steps to gain more control over your life, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and help you break free from the patterns that are no longer serving you. Using evidence-based techniques, I will teach you new skills and strategies to manage your current challenges. Together, we will develop an action plan that is aligned with your personal values, goals, and specific needs. I bring warmth, compassion, sensitivity, and a strong sense of humor to therapy. I center you as the expert of your own experience, it is my hope to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel empowered and understood. While I have experience in working with people of all ages, I feel as though I have a unique ability to connect with teenagers transitioning to adulthood and young adults. At this time I am offering therapy via-telehealth only.

What do you do for fun?
I love puzzles, cooking, playing music, being in nature, and spending time with my friends and family.
What makes you weird?
I feel a strong need to fill any inch of empty space in my home with a plant…last time I counted I had 40 plants. And yes, they are all thriving!
What do people (e.g. clients, peers, friends, family) say about you?
My friends and family often say that I am compassionate, empathetic, and have a good sense of humor. I can also be direct and supportive at the same time.
