- ABOUT ME
Colleen Maher
I provide structured, evidence-based assessment and treatment designed for people who want clarity, direction, and practical change. My services include comprehensive ADHD testing, diagnostic evaluation, and individualized treatment planning. I assess executive functioning, attention, impulse control, and time management to understand how symptoms are affecting daily performance. Treatment focuses on strengthening task initiation, prioritization, planning, and follow-through, along with targeted strategies for emotional regulation related to ADHD-driven frustration and overwhelm. Interventions are coaching-informed and aligned with real-world routines, work demands, and measurable goals. Additional services include diagnostic evaluations for anxiety and depression, psychological evaluations and clearances for bariatric surgery, and therapy focused on stress, life transitions, performance challenges, and decision-making. I specialize in working with first responders and other high-stress professionals. Sessions address operational stress, cognitive overload, sleep disruption, irritability, and attention strain. Treatment is practical, structured, and respectful of demanding schedules. The focus remains on improving functioning without unnecessary detours.
This approach is a strong fit for individuals who want to understand what is driving their symptoms, are motivated to change patterns rather than reprocess the past, value clear feedback and accountability, and want skills that translate directly into daily life. Treatment emphasizes executive skills you can apply immediately, symptom reduction tied to real-world performance, clearly defined goals and timelines, and forward movement with measurable outcomes. My role is to help you gain clarity, strengthen executive control, and move treatment forward with purpose. When you are ready to take action, reach out to get started.
