- ABOUT ME
Johanna Minaya
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted. I also really enjoy and have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and neurodivergent individuals, tailoring my approach to each client's unique needs and strengths.
What do you do for fun?
I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, trying new restaurants, staying active, and finding fun things to do around the city.
What makes you weird?
Multiple things make me weird! I'm into horoscopes, I can remember random things from when I was two years old, and I will happily watch my favorite movies so many times that I can basically quote the entire script.
What do people (e.g. clients, peers, friends, family) say about you?
People say that I am a good mother, resourceful, resilient, extroverted, optimistic, and that I laugh way too much!
