- ABOUT ME
Jordan Costa
Starting therapy can be a daunting process, especially when you're navigating uncertainty, overwhelming emotions, or life transitions. My goal is to offer a space that feel welcoming, supportive, and collaborative. A space where you can bring your full self without any judgment. As a developing clinician, I hope to approach this work with openness, humility, and a consideration of each person's unique experiences. I am actively gaining experience and training in a range of therapeutic modalities and enjoy exploring how different approaches can be thoughtfully integrated based on your individual needs. I think that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful space for growth and insight. While I bring a growing clinical background to our work, I also value the expertise you bring in knowing yourself and your experiences. Together, I think that we can explore patterns, identify strengths, and build tools that support your goals and tong-term wellbeing. Whether you are coming to therapy for the first time or returning to it with new intentions, I am honored to be a part of your journey. I am committed to creating a space that feels affirming, inclusive, and responsive to who you are.
What do you do for fun?
I like to read, listen to music, watch tv shows/movies, and spend time with my family.
What makes you weird?
I often speak in obscure tv show/movie/book quotes.
What do people (e.g. clients, peers, friends, family) say about you?
They say I am calm, caring, funny, and kind.
