- ABOUT ME
Shannon Cuthbert-Yates
Are you longing for deeper connections in your relationships or a space where you can feel fully heard and understood? Therapy can help you move past anxiety, self-doubt, and disconnection so you can create a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and codependency. I also support clients with women’s issues, parenting, and family conflict. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore, heal, and grow.I believe you already carry the tools you need for healing. Together, we will work to access those strengths through a gentle and holistic approach—calming the nervous system, reconnecting with your inner desires, and tapping into creativity as a path to insight and healing. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. Taking the first step can feel daunting, but it is also an act of courage. I invite you to reach out for an initial consultation to see if we might be a good fit.
What do you do for fun?
My favorite things to do for fun are spending time in nature, hanging out with my cat Evie, and drawing garden designs for my sister’s landscaping business!
What makes you weird?
Some of the things that make me weird are my love of bad puns, my obsession with Reddit, and my fascination with British TV shows.
What do people (e.g. clients, peers, friends, family) say about you?
People who know me describe me as a great listener, playful, and always curious and eager to learn more about the person I’m spending time with.
