Katarina Schwarz
Your emotional health is the key to a happier and more fulfilling life and I am here to help you unlock it. I believe in the power of providing a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, leading to positive transformation and personal growth. I specialize in helping people with anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, OCD, and building healthy boundaries. Through the use of CBT-informed techniques I help individuals develop deeper insights of their interpersonal patterns, thoughts, and behaviors. Together, we will tap into strengths and identify ways to approach relationships, communication, and daily life stressors. I welcome clients from all walks of life, helping them to navigate life's challenges and discover their inner resilience. At this time I am offering therapy via-telehealth only.
What do you do for fun?
I love playing with my cat, exercising outdoors, and spending time with my loved ones.
What makes you weird?
I'm a big Harry Potter fan and I sometimes build Harry Potter lego sets when I need a break from screen-time!
