- ABOUT ME
Jason Finn
One of the most courageous acts one can do is to ask for help. I view therapy as a special relationship that allows you to have space to explore your inner and outer worlds while having a compassionate witness with you on your journey. I work from a client-centered, integrative framework as each client has such unique experiences and struggles. I align with psychodynamic theory and always take a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens to practice. I also utilize interventions from CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy depending on your unique needs and therapeutic goals. I work with all ages, but have the most experience with kids, teens, and families. I offer telehealth and in-person therapy; let’s connect!
