- ABOUT ME
Kiran Stoller
I take an integrative mindset with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral, psychoanalytic, and somatic techniques. I incorporate tools from solution focused therapy, mindfulness-based practice, and collaborative teaching. I work with clients on a variety of different areas while prioritizing holistic wellness, adaptive growth, and personal evolution. My goal is to help those I work with use their inner strength to move forward while building the skills to overcome obstacles along the way. I aim to combine my professional expertise with the personal expertise of my clients to help facilitate lasting growth and wellbeing.
What do you do for fun?
Gymnastics, weightlifting, hiking, math and cooking
What makes you weird?
Before beginning my career as a therapist I spent the better part of a decade working as a professional chef and catering manager. I continue to practice culinary arts, and remain dedicated to mastering my craft as a happily retired home cook.
What do people (e.g. clients, peers, friends, family) say about you?
People say that I am funny, intelligent, and weird for thinking math is fun.
